In the Nafplio Project, Sunnyland offers for sale the land, all necessary permits and studies, as well as the approved state grant of €3 million.
The property covers 40,000 sqm, with plans for the development of a four- or five-star hotel with a capacity of 137 rooms (208 beds). In addition, the project includes a plot within the town plan, suitable for the construction of 6–7 villas.
All permits have already been issued, and the project is fully mature and ready for construction.
A significant part of the required financing may be covered through Recovery and Resilience Fund, offering a low-interest loan at 0.35% with a 15-year repayment period.
